Josh Beasley is a technology services executive with extensive experience building &
scaling businesses across the technology lifecycle and circular economy. Throughout
his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth companies,
developing deep expertise across technology services, reverse logistics, reuse, repair,
recommerce, and recycling.
Today, Josh serves as Chief Executive Officer of Early Upgrade, a full-stack electronics
recycling and technology lifecycle company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida,
with a growing global presence. Processing more than two million products each
month, Early Upgrade specializes in certified electronics recycling, secure data
destruction, material recovery, and maximizing the value and useful life of technology
products.
Josh is passionate about building a more circular global technology supply chain,
combining sustainability with commercial and operational performance. His leadership
is centered on innovation, strong teams, and creating scalable solutions that deliver
long-term value for customers, partners, and the wider technology ecosystem
