Yvonne Yendole
Yvonne Yendole leads the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) function for HPE Financial Services across Europe, where she focuses on embedding sustainability, circularity, and data-driven intelligence into technology lifecycle management. With 16 years at HPE, she is at the forefront of how AI and automation can enhance responsible reuse, recovery, and renewal of technology assets—supporting organisations on their journey toward net-zero and more ethical digital infrastructure.
A passionate advocate for the HPE Technology Renewal Center, Yvonne champions the role of AI-enabled insights in helping customers reduce environmental impact, extend asset life, and design more circular IT strategies. Her leadership builds on a highly successful finance background, maintaining customer experience and measurable impact at the centre of every initiative.
Yvonne is an active member of Women’s Networks and volunteering programs, and she regularly speaks across Europe on sustainable IT, circular innovation, and the intersection of AI and environmental responsibility
